Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your relationship with Mirage Corporation N.V. (the "Operator") in relation to your use of the Universal Slots version of the "Universal Slots" online casino available via https://universallslot.com (the "Site") by players resident in the United Kingdom. Effective date: 6 November 2025 (last reviewed for continued use during 2025 - 2026).

Account Registration

User Obligations and Account Security

  • Accuracy of data: You must ensure that all registration and profile information is accurate, complete, and kept up to date. You must inform the Operator immediately of any changes (for example, to your address, email, or Payment Method ownership).
  • Password security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activity on your Account. You must not share your username or password with any third party, nor allow any other person to access the Services through your Account.
  • Unauthorised access: If you suspect that your Account has been compromised or accessed without your consent, you must promptly change your password and notify customer support at support@universallslot.com.

Betting & Gameplay Rules

General Rules for Placing Bets

  • Game-specific rules: Each Game available on the Site is governed by its own rules, paytables, and house edge as displayed within the Game interface. By placing a Bet, you confirm that you understand and accept the applicable game rules.
  • Stake limits: Minimum and maximum Bet limits are determined by each Game and may vary by currency or table. Such limits are displayed within the Game and/or in the cashier section and form part of these Terms.
  • Bet acceptance: A Bet is considered accepted once it is registered by the Operator's servers and reflected in your Account balance and game history. If there is a discrepancy between your device display and the Operator's records, the Operator's records will normally prevail, subject to fair and reasonable review.

Bet Cancellation, Errors, and Malfunctions

  1. Player-initiated cancellation: Once a Bet has been accepted, you cannot usually cancel or change it. Any options to "undo" or "cash out" a Bet are governed strictly by the Game rules and their availability on the Site.
  2.   • Respectful behaviour: You must behave respectfully towards dealers, support staff, and other players. Abusive, discriminatory, threatening, obscene, or harassing language or behaviour in live chat, at tables, or in communications with the Operator is strictly prohibited.
  • Prohibition of collusion: You must not collude with other players or attempt to gain an unfair advantage in any Game. Suspicious patterns of play, including coordinated betting or sharing of information, may result in suspension of your Account and investigation.
  • No automated tools: Use of robots, software, scripts, or any automated systems to place Bets or manipulate the Services is prohibited. The Operator may take technical and legal measures to detect and prevent such activity.
  • Fair use: Any attempt to exploit glitches, latency, or design features of Games or the Site to secure an unfair advantage (so-called "advantage play" in breach of applicable rules) may result in voiding of related Bets, confiscation of Bonuses and winnings, and closure of your Account where reasonably justified.

Bonus Terms

Bonus Activation and General Conditions

  • Promotion-specific rules: Each Bonus or Promotion is subject to specific terms described on the relevant promotional page, in the cashier, or in direct communications. These Promotion-specific rules (including eligibility, Wagering Requirements, maximum bonus amount, and validity period) form part of these Terms and shall prevail in the event of conflict.
  • Activation: Bonuses may require you to opt in, enter a bonus code, or select the Bonus in the cashier before depositing. Some Bonuses may be granted automatically based on your activity. You are responsible for ensuring that you understand how a Bonus is activated before participating.

Wagering Requirements and Withdrawal Restrictions

  1. Wagering Requirements: Wagering Requirements specify how many times the Bonus amount and/or deposit amount must be wagered before Bonus funds and related winnings become withdrawable. The exact multiplier and eligible stakes are stated in each Promotion. Bets placed prior to Bonus activation do not normally count towards the Wagering Requirements.
  2. Game contribution: Different Games may contribute differently towards Wagering Requirements. Typically, slots contribute a higher percentage than table or live games. A list of restricted or low-contribution Games is provided in the Promotion-specific terms and may be updated over time.
  3. Maximum bet: While a Bonus is active, there may be a maximum allowed Bet per spin, round, or hand. Placing Bets above the permitted maximum (whether intentionally or inadvertently) may be considered a breach of Bonus rules and may result in removal of the Bonus and associated winnings where reasonably justified.
  4. Withdrawal before completion: If you request a withdrawal before satisfying all Wagering Requirements, the Operator may cancel your active Bonuses and remove associated Bonus funds and winnings, crediting only your remaining real-money balance.

Prohibited Play and Combining Promotions

  • Prohibited betting patterns: The following types of play may be treated as Bonus abuse where clearly connected to exploitation of Bonus terms:
    • placing low-risk or zero-margin Bets (for example, betting simultaneously on both red and black in roulette);
    • deliberately delaying game rounds or saving bonus features for later real-money play; and
    • significant changes in bet size after a large win while Wagering Requirements remain.
    Any action taken in response will be proportionate and based on a reasonable assessment of the circumstances.
  • Multiple accounts and identities: Using multiple Accounts or identities to claim repeated Bonuses or promotions is prohibited. In such cases, Bonuses may be cancelled and associated winnings forfeited, and related Accounts closed.
  • Combining promotions: Unless explicitly allowed in the applicable Promotion, Bonuses cannot be combined or "stacked." Only one active deposit Bonus may generally be in play at any time. Cashback or loyalty rewards may run in parallel where stated.
  • Right to amend or withdraw: The Operator may amend or withdraw a Promotion for future participants or for players who have not yet opted in. Where you have already qualified for or activated a Bonus, the Operator will honour the Promotion under the terms that applied at the time of your participation, save where changes are required by law or regulation.

Payments & Withdrawals

Deposit Methods, Limits, and Fees

  • Official vs actual fees: The Operator does not usually charge deposit fees ("0% official fee"), but your bank or payment provider may apply foreign exchange or processing charges (for example, a 3 - 5% FX spread on certain card transactions). You are responsible for any such third-party fees.
  • Processing times: Deposits via cards, e-wallets, and cryptocurrencies are normally processed instantly or within a few minutes. The Operator does not guarantee processing times, as they may be affected by third-party providers and network conditions.

Withdrawals, Limits, and Processing

  1. Withdrawal requests: You may request withdrawals from your available balance using the methods offered in the cashier. Where possible, withdrawals will be processed back to the same Payment Method used for deposits, subject to legal, regulatory, and technical constraints.
  2. Standard withdrawal limits: As of 2025, typical withdrawal limits include:

  3. Processing timeframes: Once your withdrawal request has been submitted and any required verification completed:

    • bank transfers may take approximately 5 - 7 Business Days after approval; and

Currency, Chargebacks, and Refunds

  • Currency and FX: Deposits and withdrawals are generally processed in the currency selected for your Account (for UK players, normally GBP). If your Payment Method operates in another currency, conversions are carried out by your payment provider or the Operator's processing partner using prevailing rates, and you accept the associated FX risk.
  • Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without valid grounds may lead to immediate suspension or closure of your Account and withholding of funds pending investigation. The Operator reserves the right to recover chargeback-related costs and, where appropriate, involve collection agencies or legal proceedings.
  • Refunds of bets and bonuses: Bets that have been properly settled cannot ordinarily be cancelled or refunded. In cases of technical malfunction or manifest error, the Operator may, acting fairly, void affected Bets and return stakes to your Account. Bonus funds are non-withdrawable except as provided under the relevant Promotion; any discretionary refunds are at the Operator's reasonable discretion and do not create a right to future refunds.

Limitation of Liability

Operator's Obligations

  • Game integrity: Games are supplied by reputable third-party providers and operated using random number generators or live-dealer systems designed to ensure random and fair outcomes. Exclusions and Limitations

  1. Technical and network issues: The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The Operator is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from:
    • your failure to maintain a stable internet connection;
    • hardware or software failures on your device; or
    • interruptions or delays in telecommunications, power supply, or third-party service providers, provided the Operator has acted with reasonable care.
  2. Indirect and consequential losses: To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses or damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services.
  3. Maximum liability: Subject to the paragraph below, the Operator's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services (whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise) shall not exceed the greater of:
    • the amount of your disputed Bet or transaction; or
    • the total amount of deposits you have made into your Account in the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, in each case in respect of the Site.
  4. Changes to Terms

Updates and Notification

  • Right to amend: The Operator may update or amend these Terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes in law, regulatory guidance, or business practices. The latest version will always be available on the Site and will show the effective date.
  • Notification methods: Where changes are material, the Operator will endeavour to notify you in advance by reasonable means, which may include:
    • displaying a prominent notice or banner on the Site;
    • sending an email to the address associated with your Account; or
    • requesting your active acceptance on login.
  • Continued use as acceptance: If you continue to use the Services after the updated Terms take effect, you will be deemed to have accepted the changes. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using the Services and may request closure of your Account.

Termination & Suspension

Operator's Right to Suspend or Close Accounts

  • Breach and misconduct: The Operator may suspend or terminate your Account, and/or void Bets and Bonuses, where it reasonably believes that:
    • you have materially breached these Terms or any Promotion-specific rules;
    • you have engaged in fraud, collusion, money laundering, chargebacks, or other unlawful or improper conduct; or
    • you have provided false or misleading information or failed to complete requested verification checks.
  • Responsible gaming and risk: The Operator may temporarily or permanently restrict your access to the Services, limit deposits, or close your Account if it has reasonable concerns about your gambling behaviour or affordability, or in order to comply with responsible gambling obligations and risk-based assessments.
  • Inactivity: Where permitted by law, Accounts that have been inactive for a prolonged period may be suspended or closed. Any applicable administrative fees or treatment of dormant balances will be explained on the Site and applied in a fair and transparent manner.

Effects of Termination

  1. Settlement of balances: Upon closure of your Account (whether by you or the Operator), and subject to any ongoing investigation or legal obligation, the Operator will pay you the remaining real-money balance, less any reasonably incurred fees or amounts owed by you (for example, in relation to chargebacks or fraud).

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Applicable Law

  • Primary governing law: These Terms and your relationship with the Operator are governed by the laws of Curaçao, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules that apply in your country of residence (including the United Kingdom).
  • Consumer protections: Nothing in these Terms deprives you of any mandatory rights or protections you may have under UK law that cannot be excluded by agreement.

Dispute Resolution

  1. Internal complaints procedure: If you have a complaint about the Services, you should first contact customer support at support@universallslot.com, providing:
    • your full name and Account username;
    • a clear description of the issue; and
    • relevant supporting evidence (screenshots, transaction IDs, etc.).
    The Operator aims to acknowledge complaints promptly and to provide a substantive response within a reasonable period.
  2. Escalation: If you are not satisfied with the outcome of your complaint, you may ask for the matter to be escalated within the Operator's management structure.
